For our own safety, the advice here is spot on. DOCUMENTATIONS AND CRITICAL RECORD KEEPING is now mandatory in our lives, pics and videos speak for themselves. Have been to Court, lack of a notarized signature caused the Court to rule in favor of the plaintiff narcissist. All is well… soon these mentally challenged people will be gone from my world. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

I had to learn to stop saying "sorry" for everything. I had a guilt complex, and bad people recognized that. There was a meditation book called 30 Days to Stop Apologizing by Harper Daniels that I really enjoyed, helped with my perspective of self. Never feel obligated to feel sorry for people, never.
