MJ you are so fortunate to have your parents to looking after you when you are sick 🤢 but there are people who get sick don’t have family to help them. There’s a British woman 93 age living alone in Malaysia 🇲🇾 she has a leg 🦵 problem couldn’t walk too long, yet she live alone she cook her self. She has a helping to clean her house 3 times a week. Church members buy grocery for her. She attend church first week of the month. Her mental is strong she can live alone by her self during the night she sleep alone. She has no children. I really admire her❤❤

Sorry to hear you got sick. Same thing happened to me my first week being in the Philippines. Sounds like you had some food poisoning. Vomiting and weakness are the two major signs of food poisoning. Eat lots of bananas for the magnesium and potassium and drink plenty of water to maintain hydration. If it does not improve by tomorrow you may need to go to the hospital to get your mineral levels back to normal to recover fully. Good luck!

Your symptoms were similar to mine when I had Covid.
It’s a great idea to get full body check up just to make sure. Health is wealth.

Feel better MJ. I have tested positive for the 5th time and i worked the whole weekend i laid in bed with horrible symptoms. MJ is entitled to feel and report to her real subscribers. I am suspiscious of these people who show up here and this sounds like someone from the past.

hope u feel better!~ also i'm not trying to be mean or rude, but you're 30 now 😅. i'm sure you know what to do, but you should still TRY doing things on your own/for yourself when you're sick. god forbid, but what if your family isn't there to take care of you (like you sick on solo travel)? at least you know what to do when you're solo and sick.

do full blood test twice a year, at least. Scan the area that was painful. There may be some problem there. The earlier you find a problem, the better the outcome.
