He did not play well in the playoffs. Besides the points (BTW 9 of his 16 were on the PP with 3 G’s and 6 A’s.) he did very little 5v5, looked disengaged like it was a regular season game. Made a couple of good plays through the NZ and DZ, but he was a -5. Grant it, Strome was hurt and on his line, but it doesn’t matter. He’s lazy most of the time without the puck. Part of it could be the inexperience in the playoffs, but to what point are we going to keep letting people get away with poor play and not hold them accountable.

A lot of excuses for Breadman! C'mon guys! He absolutely half-assed the whole post season. The only explanation is injury but... Drury knows his injury status and if he's mad it is bad news, meaning there was no injury and Panarin really half-assed it and deserves to be out.

Sometimes old school hockey men communicate with their players through the media to light a fire under them. It's a win-win for Drury. Trade the underperforming player (underperforming in terms of cap comparable players) or light a fire under him and force him to become develop leadership qualities. Forget stats and great excuses, it's the old fashioned eyeball test that made Drury say that.

Maybe it’s time for Drury to get serious about JT Miller. His Lundkvist offer was a joke, it should be Schneider instead as part of the package to send to VAN. Rutherford is No Benning.

All he did was a goal in game 7 that’s all he did. Witch was huge but his overall play sucked bro he was soft and timid and basically non effective entire playoff run im not sure how u can’t criticize the Bread man

THey have Panerin playing with a marginal center ice man who is not a finisher and they haven't had a real right wing on the roster since I don't know when. Panerin did not have a great playoffs thats true however tading him? I don't see it. He did not look great but trade him? The Rangers have a load of young prospects and players and its time to find a real center to play with #10. Its not Strome, Its not Copp and I don't think its Chytl. They have Othman and Cullie coming along with Laffy. Thata load of guys who play the same position along with Kreider. Kakko Uggh not in my opinion. Its time to make a big deal and shuffle the cards get a Center and a Right wing to play with AP
