Cherry-Chocolate Mug Cake

Super easy and fast 5 minute dessert!
Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons Milk
1/3 Cup Chocolate Muffin Mix or Cake Mix
1 Tablespoon Cherry Pie Filling
Microwave 90 seconds
1 Tablespoon Chocolate Chips
Top with Whipped Cream Topping
Chocolate Sprinkles

Ken, that looks great! And my favourite flavour.

Here's something my wife used to do when the nieces and nephews came over. She'd cook cupcakes in the microwave, except she wouldn't use a coffee mug. She'd use one of those flat-bottomed ice cream cones. Fill up to the shoulder, where the cup gets wider, and microwave for 60 seconds. The cake would grow up, right out of the cup, like an ice cream cone. The cone is a little soft when it comes out, but it gets crispy again, when it cools. At that point, it's cool enough to eat, and she'd put out a tub of Cool Whip, and the kids would dunk their cake cone in, and enjoy. Best part is, the kids can help mix the batter, and fill the cones. She has a microwave muffin pan that holds 7 muffins, and the cones just fit in.
