Hey Armando, massive fan of your videos. Just a heads up for others revising with these, there's a part of the presentation regarding polymixins that's a little misleading. It is not clear in the video but they are specific in disrupting gram negative cell membranes through their selectivity towards lipopolysaccharides (LPS) and as a result do not affect gram positive bacteria, which is implied by the diagrams. Also they're only really used in severe multi-resistant infections, such as some Pseudomonas strains, due to the toxic side effects.
