I’m a Man City fan but Newcastle have always been a team I’ve had a soft spot for. Good luck toon fans.

What’s Keown on about, stadium announcement imminent, feasibility study been ongoing for over a year, literally is a priority. Keep up Martin. Little bit of simple research would have told you that

The financial rules encourage debt but make investment criminal.

No Newcastle fan were thinking they will buy Mbappe.

Martin having a howler there with this supposed stadium inertia. It's quite the opposite.

No real Newcastle fan was expecting the likes of Mbappe to come through the door 😂 it’s the likes of this radio station who starts these false rumours for headlines

So unless you're Big 6 you depend on a miracle to win a trophy? I'm glad City won the case.

The EPL PSR/FFP rules are supposed to be about making sure premier league clubs remain solvent. Newcastle have the richest owners in world football and so applying the PSR/FFP rules to them makes no sense in terms of what the rules are supposed to be there for. Other club's fans are overjoyed that FFP/PSR are limiting Newcastle's spending of course especially the usual top 6.

Newcastle are announcing a new stadium between 1 and 3 billion in early 2025. Either a rebuild or a new place altogether

Newcastle should just buy now, and bribe later!

If a proper market rate was paid by Sports Direct then it would be far far more than 385k the newcastle books showed, never mind the fact absolutely nothing was paid in the first decade of the ‘partnership’ Ashley could have literally sent us to the bottom of the barrel, and the premier league didn't bat an eyelid, FFP is not to protect it is for control and cencership

Didnt he say a few weeks later that because of the way Mike Ashley ran Newcastle that they could spend 500 million for the next 7 or 8 transfer windows and no one could nothing about it .

Is Martin Keown doing the crossword every time he’s on?

The Irony of FFP is that newcastle wont and cant throw millions to other clubs like Palace for players like Guehi, the league is actually more worse off for it...

A rule introduced totally to handicap NUFC, the premier league hierarchy is being bought off 🤷‍♂️

We aren’t the richest club in the world we have the richest owners their is a difference, we are being strangled by PSR ffp because the premier league wants to stop us

That is our issue. FFP rules (which only ever got spoken about after we had been taken over) plus Newcastle tax other sides put on the transfer fees. like Guehi
