Cristiano Ronaldo joins Portugal teammates in training for friendly vs. Croatia ahead of Euro 2024

Cristiano Ronaldo joined his Portugal team-mates in training on Friday evening at Cidade do Futebol in Lisbon after being granted a week off following the conclusion of the Saudi Pro League season.

However, the five-time Ballon d'Or winner is set to miss Portugal's warm-up match against Croatia on Saturday at Estadio do Jamor.

Portugal then face the Republic of Ireland on Tuesday in their final warm-up friendly before heading to Germany and facing the Czech Republic on 18th June in their first group match.

For Croatia, the game in Lisbon is their final warm-up friendly ahead of Euro 2024.

Zlatko Dalic's started their preparations with a comfortable 3-0 win against North Macedonia on Monday at home.

Croatia start their Euro 2024 campaign with a Group B match against Spain in Berlin on June 15, before facing Albania on June 19 in Hamburg and Italy on June 24 in Leipzig.
