A MANUAL That Anyone Can Use to Build a Small Frame House

In this video we show how to build a small house with an open terrace using frame technology. This house can be built almost alone, with your own hands. If you have helpers, this will speed up some processes and make your work easier. Such a house can be built without much experience working with wood. For construction, you will need some power tools, but they are relatively inexpensive and buying them now is not a problem.

Very nice build. I haven't seen a let in, done in a wall for decades. I also like how you took your time to precisely set the sill plate, then referenced the other aspects of the build, from that, and from each other. The crew looks like they have worked together for awhile. 
I would have done a few things differently, but then I live by the North Atlantic, and we get nasty weather. You build for where you live. Again.... a nice video. I enjoyed watching.😊

Not sure what country this is but the lumber looks great! On the video it looks like full dimension lumber not like the stuff we have here that was full dimension before they plane it down. I always love how the guys work as a team and it looks like every move is planned. Great job.

I always set my sill plate anchors into the concrete when it’s poured. Like the old school roof framing. Getting to be a lost art.

In America, we always flip a 3 tab shingle upside down to prevent water from getting in even if you use ice and water shield and you should.
