It seems to have some great reviews. It has a good look to it too. Well engineered.

More installation videos like this would be great! I have been looking for a new bridge too, I may just get this one.

Just installed my KSM on a Squier PJ. Extremely straightforward, and I'm just floored by this bridge design. It is the best I've seen. The only drawback I can predict is "locking in" bad intonation for drop-D if you go between standard and drop tuning.

I like how the intonation screws are "set", and don't move when you move the saddle towards the neck, no more whacking the screwdriver to make sure it's all the way forward.

I did not understand what these additional bolts on the top panel are for🤔
Please, explain one more time.

How does this compare to the Ray Ross bass bridge? The cost is in the same ball park, but the two bridges are substantially different. I have the Ray Ross bridge on my two main basses.

What is the maximum string height that can be achieved with this bridge mm please?

How does this compare to Hipshots Kickass bridge?

So you installed it, seems pretty straight forward, but no review of the product?

How does this compare to the Babicz full contact bridges??

Probably sounds like a string-through, so it's cheaper than getting holes drilled and a new bridge.

So it's like a Hi-Mass but more effort.

Would’ve been interesting to hear a before and after

I like what this bridge represents, saddles flopping about during a string change, undoing a setup is infuriating.

This thing looks like a pain to set up. When setting the action on a bass or guitar, the order of adjustments is neck relief, then nut height, then bridge. When adjusting the bridge, you set the intonation before adjusting the saddle height, because moving the saddle forward or backward while setting intonation will lower or raise the string height, however mildly. Once you have the intonation set, however, then raising or lowering the saddle height does nothing to change the intonation. That's why you adjust saddle height last.

Except on this bridge. Notice when he goes to raise the saddle on the A string: the goofy diagonal height adjustment causes the saddle to move forward when it is raised. He then has to adjust the intonation considerably more to make up for it. And what happens when you move the saddle further backward? The string height will increase! So you could be in for a vicious cycle of back-and-forth intonation and height adjustments until you finally land in the sweet spot.

And anybody else pay attention to how crazy tall those saddles are anyway, and the massive amount of break angle they cause over the bridge? That increased break angle probably does result in a lot stronger tone, but good grief it looks like you'll almost certainly have to shim the neck now to get the strings back down close enough to the fretboard for any kind of low playing action.

I don't like to be a downer, but I don't want anybody to be unpleasantly surprised when they try to put this on their bass either. It could create a lot more work than you were anticipating. There's nothing wrong with a plain old stock bridge. It sounded great for Jaco, it sounded great for Jamerson, it'll sound great for you too if you're a good player. We're just bass geeks who love to tinker and try to improve, I know. But please be warned that it might not be as easy as just slapping the new bridge on, like this video suggests.

This bridge is Please people don’t waste your money it’s all gimmick. It’s a cheap all aluminum bridge made in Taiwan that they are selling for $200. Buy at your own risk you’ve been warned.
