"Helping Hands" and "Taking Hits" can be finished with the Squid Blade by doing nothing. Just wait for you to get invisible and the helpers will kill everything.
And as long as you're not visible, the helpers will not be attacked.

I struggled a lot with dying in "one on one" so I swapped the chili dagger with healing mist. If you're a bit underleveled and you're struggling that may work better.

8:00 just use squid blades and go invisible instantly and let the bots attack, and you can easily get it in 1.30 when you are extremely under levelled

Double Dragon sub 1 can be done with single target damage (bow, pepper, etc.) and it's not too hard. Just fight them one after the other.

The taking hits dojo you can do by just standing there invisible with daggers and watch your guys do the work
