1. Do you have a physical store?
No, Bio Ethanol Fireplace Group is primarily an online webshop. We do however have 2 showrooms in Denmark.
2. How do I get in contact with you?
Our customer service is open weekdays 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. During this time it is possible to communicate with us via our live chat, email or phone.
3. How long is expected shipping time?
If the product is in stock, the shipping time lasts 2/3 days.
