REQUIREMENTS-
Based on previous customer feedback, these ballet flats are true to size. It is suggested to order your size that is normally worn in flats and sneakers. Please note that they will fit tight in the beginning due to the product being added to the exterior along with sealant. Wide (W) options are available as well.

THE PROCESS-
All flats are hand painted and custom made to order. Most orders are completed and shipped within 3-5 business days from time of purchase.

SHIPPING METHOD-
All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail in lightweight shipping packing paper. Once the shipping label is created and you are sent confirmation via email, please allow 24 business hours for tracking information to update.

HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR ITEM-

*These items are not made for EVERYDAY wear-only SPECIAL occasions.
*Please note that with an item that contains glitter, there will be some minimal glitter that comes off at times whether it be in delivery or from multiple uses however it is set and sealed.
*Store away from other shoes so that the shoes aren’t damaged and/or rub against other shoes.
*Sneakers-These will come laced up and ready for wear. Please don't pull any tighter so that the exterior isn't as affected.
*Don’t ever get the shoes wet OR wear out in the rain.
*Don’t leave out in extreme temperatures COLD or HOT.

REFUND POLICY-
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Since these are custom made to order, there is no refund/exchange policy on the shop. However please contact the seller with any issues and/or concerns so we can do our best to assist. Each request will be reviewed on a case by case level. All responses will be answered within 24 business hours.
