I don't understand it, we're waiting so long for the products, in inart gandalf I had a problem with a missing hand, now inart aragorn I'm missing a cloak, what's wrong with you? and I've been waiting for a response from support for almost 1 year, it's really unprofessional and I forgot to add that you only reply when someone praises you and ignore people who find mistakes.

Frustrating that the Ranger cloak isn't included in any orders from retails yet you show it. Common Inart seriously? Unless it's a global license don't do your customers dirty like this, hardly fair to those who can't order direct from you due to licensing.

What happened to including the ranger cloak as part of the 'optimisation' of the costume for all versions of the figure?! He literally wears it for most of the film yet you kept it as an exclusive for orders directly through your website, fully knowing that the majority of customers would not be able to order directly from you! So much for being able to "accurately reflect the iconic scenes from the film." Your own words.

Please put the belts, holsters, etc. on the figure prior to sending it to collectors. We're buying figures, not model kits. I don't want to be fiddling with small belts and straps.
