Sasse: 'Jackassery' In Congress Could Happen In Supreme Court If Proceedings Are Televised

Sen. Ben Sasse, R-Neb., told Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson that he would oppose on-camera Supreme Court proceedings because it could potentially lead to the moments of "jackassery" that he believes Congress performs in for televised moments.

I don't know anything about Sasse, but that was an eloquent and informed discussion about cameras in the courtroom. He appears to be well-educated and articulate, not having fallen into the "stupid is the new GOP smart" bucket, made up mostly of Trump boot lickers. . Based on that alone I'm guessing he's not a Trumper. If we have to have Republicans, please let them be normal like this guy at least seems to be.

Cruz acted like a spoiled bully- jackassery. Considering his unwillingness to allow her to answer, it appears he was performing for the cameras. Gosh it was such an irritating, nail on the chalkboard, kind of performance.
