I somehow have never heard of Loathe before and just put on "I let it in and it took everything." Holy shit that was one of the best music albums I have heard in years. I was trying to get some work done, but after 30 seconds I dropped what I was doing and just listened to the whole album on my nice headphones.

Thanks Nik for doing this video and showcasing so many bands. I am more of a death metal, techy, black metal guy who is just starting to enjoy some of the newer deathcore stuff that has floated around on youtube. This video showed me a lot of cool modern bands that wouldn't have come across my radar, but are pushing the genre forward. Metalcore and Deathcore have changed so much since 2010. These new bands are much more musically interesting than some of the old ones. Video also featured my current favorite band Archspire, so can't be upset about that.
