Growing up I was always told that dogs see in black and white – and if you're anything like me you've learned over the years, that most things we were taught about dogs, wasn't true. So how do dog's really see? What do colors look like to dogs? Lets take a look through their eyes and find out.

John Caponetta is a Former Humane Law Enforcement (Animal Cruelty) Officer, Animal Shelter Supervisor, and all around Dog Science Guru! We love to support local rescues and animal charities with resources and information, and sit on the board for two animal rescue organization. Additionally, we have our own Non-Profit, The Opal Fund - helping families pay for MRIs for their pets.
