Dhruv hasn't disrespected hawan, he's just said that doing hawan releases Co2, CO and other harmful gases and not purifies the environment, instead it causes harm to it.
Coming on to his wedding, he was not the only decision maker in his family. There are other members also to decide the rituals.
The main thing is that, he isn't disrespecting the religion and its rituals, he is just clearing the facts which are mostly myths.
