Clarissa is thrilled to get a small role alongside rising star Chas Hunter, but she’s quickly fired -- just in time to return to her hometown for a bridal shower. When a photo is published that makes it look like Clarissa is dating Chas, she doesn’t exactly correct her friends’ assumptions. Since this is a perfect opportunity for Chas to protect his *real* secret relationship, he asks Clarissa to pretend a little longer, leading the pair into an accidental engagement that feels all too real.
