US spox Kirby: Israel never 'violated international humanitarian law'

The State Department has not found “any incidents where the Israelis have violated international humanitarian law.”

White House national security spokesperson John Kirby responded to a reporter’s question on whether Israel deliberately killed aid workers on April 1, and if that would constitute a violation of international humanitarian law.

There is evidence. The fact that it's three separate strikes on three separate vehicles is enough evidence that it wasn't an accident - how can you make the same mistake repeatedly? They also had the logos on the roof and Israel were alerted of their presence beforehand which is evidence that they did it knowingly.
