Under Computers, you are incorrect. The sync feature syncs files and folders of a connected device with Drive (My Drive) that is accessed from the connected device, or any device connected to the internet.

so I went to drive.google.com and it took me to 'my drive'... how did I go there? this is the stuff I'm trying to learn. also, I have a gazillion Word files that I'm trying to delete in Drive but My Drive doesn't show them. Are they separate entities?? thanks!

Thanks for the explanation. The catch is, to download a file or move it into another drive, google wants me to allow THIRD PARTY COOKIES! Isnt that the reason for a drive in the first place? For privacy?

I don't store data on Google drive, but today I received a phishing attempt in the form of a comment on my Google drive. I don't know how this is possible for someone to comment on anything in the drive. Any suggestions on how to remove the phishing comment ?
