New Honda Amaze 2025 - Detailed First Look | AutoYogi

The new 2025 Honda Amaze was launched in India today at a starting price of Rs 7.99 lacs (ex-showroom), whereas the top-end ZX trim, with ADAS level 2, costs Rs 9.69 lacs (ex-showroom) for the manual variant. The ones wanting to buy the ZX CVT, will have to spend an extra sum of Rs 1.2 lacs. It’s based on the same platform as the previous gen model, though the company claims to have reinforced the structure to make it stronger.

I like honda, They give only required features, actually practical for everyday driving!! Amaze feeels more premium than competition!

Honda not affected by the 3 cylinder pandemic or impractical chapri feature sunroof. ADAS is a lot more important feature that can save your life even though only available in Top Variant. A little improvement from side to differentiate from current amaze and look better would have been icing on the cake. Well Done Honda!

I believe ADAS more than makes up for the lack of 360 camers and especially sunroof(i feel it is totally useless in
+ it has a 4 cylinder honda for staying away from the 3 cylinder pandemic of other indian automakers...

Correction:
1. Arm-Rest is a part of accessories in the new amaze.
2. 360 Degree Camera is provided in the top-spec/top-model variant.
3. Ambient Lighting is also provided but for the top variant.

Honda is Honda. Maruti and Honda cater to different segments. You just can't put them on the same pedestal. The refinement in a Honda is another level. Dezire will become a taxi in 1 year 😂. I am a Honda Amaze owner.

Overall amaze looks good now 👍 but as you rightly pointed out still missing auto dim IRVM, driver arm rest and rear seat adjustable headrests. Not sure why Honda people can’t understand these basic things😊 sunroof is a nice addon but it’s missing. ADAS as many folks telling it will not work in Indian traffic. Amaze being an economy sedan car, I feel it’s not a right option..

I do not agree that it is a lethargic engine. Its smooth and built for city driving.

CVT, 4 cylinder engine, ADAS, NO sunroof, fantastic proportionate sedan looks, good features, refinement, good mileage, good pricing..I think this will sell like hot cakes for next 45 days, after which the price will increase.. the c
VX variant with CVT is best Value for money under 10 lakh( with lower tax as well)
