The reasons why MLM has the best business model ever. From escaping lawsuits to creating a pyramid scheme and not getting in trouble for it, the MLM industry has evaded its detractors well.

I label it the best business model ever because of how much money is generated and how they're able to avoid any and all issues. And somehow still continue even after all of the criticism on social media has reached a fever pitch.

Stay until the end if you want the "opportunity' of a lifetime. This video may be satire 😉

I’ve never understood how people can be so delusional as to think they are an entrepreneur and business owner of a business they didn’t create and that they own 0% of.

MLM: The only place where someone can be both the victim and perpetrator at the same time.

In all fairness, MLM's are great business models, for the top 0.05%

When I was in Amway, I felt so business savvy and sophisticated. When you go to the seminars and conventions, you feel like you’ve made the BEST business decision ever. And it’s funny because I actually knew NOTHING about business. Didn’t know anything about other investment opportunities like Real Estate or Stocks. Didn’t know anything about ROI and Turnover. So glad I started investing in real estate. I rather grow a portfolio of houses than a portfolio of people and “teaching/training them to become entrepreneurs”

MLM is a grift where the actual customers are the distributors. The real market for the garbage they sell, like Herbalife shakes, is minimal or non-existent.

Board of Directors: We need employees without paying them benefits.
Network Marketers: Say no more.

You always deliver dry, witty humour which doesn't feel over rehearsed or fake, a talent not a lot of people have on this platform. Keep up the good work!

Step 1 Put entrepreneur in bio
Step 2 buy cheap suits on credit card
Step 3 Get copy’s of rich dad book
Step 4 Go to random super markets and tell people you have a “opportunity”

One of the brilliant things about mlm recruiters is they make the person invest into their emotions. Making it difficult to break out of when presented with facts and reality. So if you present them with facts and how they are likely to fail, they will respond with "oh those people don't try hard enough" or some cliche. Their dream is heavily enforced by a mix of emotion and delusion.

Does Robert Kiyosaki's business have employees? Are his employees tired of living paycheck to paycheck from him and wanting to become their own bosses as well?

About 10 years ago I almost got recruited by Cutco until they tried selling me the starter kit. Then I realized it was a scam. Like get out of here even if I get a job at McDonald's I don't have to pay for the spatulas. 😂

Nailed it! Only those who own the company make the big money. They can go public, sell their company for a 3-5x multiple or just semi-retire and let every one of their sales reps aka customers do all the heavy lifting. Better yet, owners never need to make awkward posts and messages on social media, or hit up anyone in supermarkets.

The only good aspects of joining an MLM are the knowledge you gain and the new people you meet (to a degree...). If fresh recruits set very low expectations on the money side then they won’t be as jaded when they walk away.

It’s crazy how big MLMs are. It’s a good thing people like you are out there. People need to know the harsh truth about them… preferably without learning it the hard way.

The best part about this video is that I keep seeing MLM ads whenever I play it on YouTube.

Well played, Mr Cornelia. Well played.

I'm an engineer in an Amazon warehouse and had to upfront $0 to start. MLM members are no more entrepreneurs than I am.

Kiyosaki makes every mistake imaginable as an entrepreneur and real estate investor and goes bankrupt several times, then, all of a sudden, he comes up with a brilliant idea, "Besides being financially bankrupt, I'm also morally bankrupt, so let's write a book on how to get rich, because I know a whole lot about that!" But, Robert has a very hard time finding a publisher and selling the book, UNTIL, finally, Amway comes calling and he appears on the Oprah show. Then Kiyosaki becomes a multi-millionaire through selling of his books and seminars. I don't know about any of you, but that's what I call a true success story

I think most people know to dodge MLMs. But hustle memes keep them alive.
