83 years old sure doesn't show it. I am 70 and have taken up boxing for the health. Look at coach Frolov a great inspiration. Will watch more of the coach.

Interesting how he adds that he doesn't really like throwing more than 3 punches because the opponent might get nervous and throw a counter.

Very nice. Need to practice how to deliver the hook with power after 1-2 are executed.

Спасибо учителю за все видео, так что практика такая опасная .. Я из Марокко, у меня есть вопрос к вам, в чем разница между тем, когда мы используем movebale hande в стойке, и когда мы используем обычную стойку, не двигая руками, и спасибо.

His combos and punches seem purely fundamental boxing, which is great as the fight progresses and against amateurs. I think this style is bad against brawlers who throw only KO punches and have basic boxing skills as well as ring generalship. A competent aggressive opponent would seemingly cause major problems for a pure boxer. It's hard to tell unless you see it in action. Styles make the best fights, and you must be well rounded to compete outside amateurs. I would love to see sparring against outside fighters with different styles so we can judge the effectiveness or even a real match that is broken down on every exchange. Until that happens, it's all theories and speculation

Ive knocked out many men using this combination throughout my life. Sometimes i will just faint to get my shoulders in to position instead of throwing the first punches and follow it with a hook! Love these
