Animations are the entire issue. Everything is animation driven, and not driven by real-time interactions. You get whatever animation it feels like giving you, and that’s what happens. You have zero control over this.

I like the ideas the changes are trying to achieve, but I can't fully trust the company. I've been burned too many times. I hope they make a quality game the NFL community deserves. But I'll sit this year out until I'm shown they can make good games again.

I’m an NFL fan and I like video games, but Madden 22 was sort of unplayable at release due to bugs. Most of those bugs were never fixed. I’ve given up on Madden. It’s a shame they have bought the monopoly on NFL simulator games.

Shit looks like ass. Aside from the graphics but personally I'd rather have crappy graphics and solid gameplay then the opposite. I'll stick with NFL 2k5 with updated teams. Game is almost 20 years old and better than any Madden since 09.
