This should be a regular segment, that Pizza place is not far from me, I'll have to stop by one of these days, anyway, reporting on the small mom and pop operations, that are trying their hardest to run their business clean, usually means they care about the customer, and their business.

One common trait here, is, all these were owner operators. and they all put in that extra effort.
