It would have been too op if Chang'es ultimate can penetrate on enemy hero target. That suits for her revamped 2nd skill but no complain, a 9/10 adjustment. ❤

Kimmy Revamp is ok, they ahould chamge the 2nd skill to the immune one and let the 1st skill be as it is, so she can still hit multiple targets at one. The revamped 2nd skill isnt good for Kimmy since she relies on moving around and chasing the target but the skill just stars in one place. If they mako only those changes and let the 1st one be it yould be good cause then they dont ruin her mechanics. The could add more buffs maby

The Rafaela passive revamp is giving me mixed thoughts tho. I've seen alot of good plays coming from Rafaela players sacrificing themselves if the enemy slips away with a tiny health

I used to main rafa as support but soon change as she was becoming out of the league with ither support like floryn. Glad to see my old angel getiing a revamp its been a while.
Also pair it up with argus for maximum trolling
