Me and my son had alot of fun assembly this kit, quite challenging because of all the tiny pieces. Was definitely a more difficult build than I anticipated, the 4, 000 pieces indicated on the box was fair warning. We found that spreading the Lego build over several days was the way to go. The Disneyland Castle is very cool looking when completed. The add-on LED light kit really provides a nice accent at night as it lights up the castle.

I am not crazy about the whole disney theme, but I really want a Lego-castle some day. I can see this set being easily repurposed into a proper medieval castle.. it has most of the right looking pieces after all and the ground frame of the castle doesn't look too cartnoonish, really, to fit in a medieval castle.
