Ok. This was really a bad experience. There are so many things.

So when I was searching for this PI thing, I was thinking of this PI as an abbreviation but after reading so many things on the website and presentation, there was no explanation. While watching this video I found out it is 'pi' and not 'P.I.'
Again, this video is showing the example of people using the pi system and benefits - that's great. But the video starts with "What is PI system?" - and there is no answer. A definition is required.

I came here because I kept getting the offer for a PI consultant from you and I kept thinking what is this PI? If it is just pi, then please do not make it like PI. It is a bit misleading.
