DP-PRO TCS Drill Press Table

Woodpeckers DP-PRO TCS Drill Press Table starts with the best features of our DP-PRO Drill Press Tables but uses track clamp slots to mount the fence instead of an embedded aluminum track. Then we added a few more track clamp slots to make holding work to the table as simple as…using a track clamp. One morning over coffee in the shop it dawned on us that track clamps on the drill press table would make a lot of sense. We were already kicking around ideas for a more budget-friendly version of the DP-PRO and that morning everything fell into place. We designed it as a modular system…you can add extension wings and a drawer base if you want, but if the basic table is all you need, that works, too. We paired the TCS Table with the 36" DP-PRO Fence and a pair of Micro-Adjustable Flip Stops, giving you dust collection and precise material positioning.

I already own the Woodpeckers DP-Pro table and fence, with the under-table drawer and extension wings. Can I buy the milled table only to enhance what I already own?

How does this mount to the original cast iron drill press table? That info seems conspicuously absent from the video and documentation. I own the original DP Pro, love everything about it except for the height I've lost on my benchtop press. So this seems to be a perfect update for me.

Is the pricing for shipping off on this, shipping to California ranged from 74-300 dollars which seems rather excessive for 24" x 1" piece of wood?

I use MicroJig Matchfit Dovetail Clamps. The slots don't look ike dovetail clamps. Will these work on this table?

Last year I put this on my to buy list, but now that you guys took away the embedded track I am not getting it anymore. Less of a product for the same or more money. Makes no sense. The new track system will not last as long. I will not be getting one now.
