If "stimulus" was called "bail out" it would pass before the hour is over

Give the money to the people, and they will spend it; the economy will continue to circulate. Give the money to billionaire corporations, and they will use the crisis as an excuse to lay people off anyway, then hoard that extra cash in off shore bank they did in 2007.

In Brazil during the Lula years they had a UBI program called “Bolsa Família” family purse. That lifted millions out of poverty and the country’s economy went through the roof. The problem was Lula's party corruption that ended up destroying the country.
UBI would be a great measure to lift the US from depression.

Donors should not be able to donate 100's of millions of dollars in a campaign: It just makes an unfair playing field between the rich and poor.
