In this video I will show you how to install Cheat Engine on Steam Deck SteamOS and how to use Cheat Tables so you don't need to create the cheats yourself as scanning memory addresses can be hard sometimes and you don't want to do all that work. You just want to CHEAT!

Great guide. FYI, you don't need to copy cheat engine to the directory of the game you're playing. You can run it from the directory steam installs it to.

Why is it when i go into steam tinkerer on the steam deck im not seeing the .steam folder? I cant get to it only the cheat engine .exe file I down loaded? Someone please help

When i load up the steamtinker laucher. I have ticked the relevent boxes but i cant get it to show me the hidden folders in order for me to select cheat engine folder in the game so cant get to the .steam folder. Would really appreciate your help many thanks

I tried with 2 games, final fantasy 13 and hollow knight, when I press "play" it, after forcing it to use the steam tinker launch it says launching then it goes back to "play"
