Tianyu Pu- The Reason for ReasonML- λC 2019

OCaml has made a comeback in recent years with the introduction of Reason(ML), allowing developers to leverage its type checking and ecosystem with added smooth JS-interop. It's really easy to start new projects with Reason, but what about using it in existing projects? Let's take a look together. Much has been discussed about Reason and how to get started with using it. What's not so clear is how we can start using Reason in existing projects. In this talk we'll cover what Reason is, what it isn't, why it's worth paying attention to, how it works, and how it can be used in your applications (especially those that you can't just throw away the code for and restart from scratch).
