Complaints mount over mountain of trash, encampment in Oakland's Fruitvale district

An empty lot in Oakland's Fruitvale District has become the source of complaints, after neighbors said the homeless have taken over. The lot has become filled with trash and multiple fires have been reported. Da Lin reports.
