Podarcis vaucheri, the Andalusian wall lizard is a member of the Lacertidae family, The true lizards. It can be found in Spain, Portugal, North Africa etc. etc. The Andalusian Wall Lizard is sometimes also called the Vaucher's Wall Lizard and inhabits temperate forests, Mediterranean-type shrubby vegetation, rocky areas, pastureland, rural gardens, and urban areas, at altitudes from sea level to 3,100 m.
