So....the SEC filed past the expiration time on this appeal and the Judge excepted it. I wonder if they will do the same thing again, if so, the Judge SHOULD dismiss it given they have had plenty of time and disrespecting the Judge and the judicial system repeatedly should have consequences. The judge should say " You're late, now on your bike"
