Kagura : Can burst enemy backline, and escape easily. But low damage to tank or sustain hero.

Lunox : To kill Tank and Sustain hero. But can't reach enemy backline.

Depends on the player
For example, if a non experienced player used fanny, they will not easily use her cables to fly around. And if a experienced player used fanny, they will easily know the tactics and ways to use her cables

Honestly I would go all out on Kagura. I use both but I love Kagura better. In my opinion, she is a better anti-mage & anti-marksman. Her skill kits are all aoe which she can target more than 1. I like Lunox because she does melt tankers but in some matches when none of ur team able to target the backline, who could? I had a game that nobody were able to get through the backliner, I'm also having a hard time to turn the table. Luckily the tank did a solo mistake which was a great oppurtunity for us. It's a win for us thanks to that player's mistake. Lunox truly hits like a truck but single target meanwhile Kagura hits like a train WITH the aoe. I truly love Kagura because she is the mage that acts like an assasin
