I loved the phone for 2 and a half months then the finger print sensor started overheating, burning to the touch. Umidigi has not answered any of my emails over the last month, this is very disappointing because I bought the Bison because I really like my S5 pro and wanted to stay with Umidigi and have a phone I couldn't break. Now I have a 300$ paper weight and zero recourse, how do I get Umidigi to respond to me?

Two factors need to be considered when testing the phone:
1) The depth of the water,
2) The duration of the phone being in the water.

I bought my Bison on Aliexpress, I've had it for almost three months, I'm enjoying it, very good smartphone, I recommend it to everyone, I bought an a9 pro, it's coming, it's the third umidigi I've bought.

Why you dont fix the other problem in the phone its nice but other feature is not good like volume

Umidigi do i have a warranty on my umidigi A7? My phone just turn off and it cant be on eveb i tried so many times pls i hope you guys can help me i just bought it for the past 1 month and then this happens..

Is the waterprrof thing reliable. My God why my phone seems broken now it always turn on and off after I submerge it in the water.

Umidigi is good phone manufacture i will advice my clients to buy a product so they can meet umidigi

Don’t believe....pure hype. Got my bison around 7 months ago. Yesterday I went hiking and fishing. I was drenched in heavy rain together with my hp placed in my pocket. Later it’s was ‘dead’.
