That first meeting at the airport was soooo awkward. When I met my boyfriend (now fiancé) after dating for nearly a year as a LDR, I nearly jumped on him hugging him when we finally met in person. She said they were basically starting over? That’s so bizarre to me. By the time we met, we knew everything about each other. It’s easier to talk online IMO and you are able to fully disclose things. If it doesn’t work, it doesn’t work, and you don’t have to worry about seeing them IRL. She should’ve left as soon as he disclosed he was married.

I'm from the US. The first time I ever set foot in a Wal-Mart was in Mexico. It was massive and sold anything one could imagine. Guns, ATVs, dirt bikes, small boats, paragliding equipment, massive amounts of produce and meats, clothes (which seemed higher quality than Wal-Mart clothing in the US), beer and wine... it had several cafes inside. It was truly remarkable. You probably could have bought a small house, some fencing, and a pony with all its tack and feed. Or a single person rocket ship. The Wal-Mart in my neighborhood does not hold a candle to it.

I knew immediately he was Japanese. I’m not Japanese, but I am Asian and I can say that especially with Japanese people they’re very reserved and very modest. There’s no way they would’ve kissed in public. It’s not something that’s done in Japan. And also Japanese people don’t really show emotion outwardly that’s something that’s done inside of the home and barely inside at home even so it’s normal what happened at the airport? I know it’s awkward to everybody else and it seems like he doesn’t care about her or whatever but I can assure you that’s just a typical Japanese person.
