On June 2nd, Volkswagen AG and the Hellenic Republic inaugurated the AstyMOVE MaaS app for the Greek island of #Astypalea, under the “Smart and Sustainable Island” project.
With SEAT CODE providing the centerpiece of the new mobility i.e. the island’s “astyBus” (on-demand) ride-sharing service and “astygo”: the solution for shared-mobility; Astypalea is coming one step closer into future mobility.
“What makes Astypalea special is the multimodal solution we implemented, based on our Giravolta software platform. On-demand buses, car-sharing, electric motos and bicycles – all in one app,” says Jordi Abad, technical director for mobility at SEAT:CODE.
