The genius of Chris' guitar composition on this tune is the tension created by lack of resolution! Those pull-offs on those major chords during the verses is something I've not seen done on very many songs at all. And the genius here is the bright, happy chords and uplifting lyrics counterpointed with those unresolved chord transitions.
I know, I know. Geeky af. It's okay. I'm an old man and a picker since 1970. I'm allowed. It's only a genuine appreciation of a fellow picker's thought processes.
