There was the episode when Dr. Melendez was dying and Dr Glassman and Dr. Lim were discussing doing a "trauma whippple". Dr Lim wanted to go back in and do it. Dr Glassman told her what might happen if he were to survive. Having a feeding tube, an ostamy (sp) bag, being a diabetic, waiting for a liver transplant. As hard as it was Dr. Murphy did the right thing.

Shaun rushed to her, even with an active shooter. Because he thought she might be in danger. She might not even be alive to complain if it wasn't for him.

The ending hurt. Lim has always had a soft spot for Shaun and seeing her hate him is so sad. I completely understand why Lim is mad she's grieving her legs and mobility I imagine it's a very hard time for her. Yet I think she should know that ALL surgeries have risks and that she could have ended up dead, especially if no one had found her in time. I say she should be greatful to be alive at all but she has a right to complain even though we hate that she blames Shaun

People are sure giving Shaun a hard time about the whole decision of Lim's surgery. Come on people, at least Lim is alive

i really dont want this but a part of me was thinking that Lim recorded her conversation with Glassman and would use that to sue Shaun in the future.

was anyone else feeling a stinging sensation when Lim told Shaun things were now to be kept professional? I did...and I'd hate to think what will come from that heavy convo which might lead to possible distance between him and Glassman.

Oh, she is for sure going to sue him. "Written by Shore and Friedman, The Good Lawyer will center on Joni, a 20-something woman who battles OCD but is a brilliant lawyer and gets to be a defense attorney for Dr. Shaun Murphy (Highmore) who finds himself in legal trouble."

If Lim ends up suing Shaun I'm going to be very disappointed! I hope this isn't going to lead into the spinoff The Good Lawyer! Lim suing Shaun would tarnish her character!

This is such a catch 22 situation. If Shaun listened to Glassman, Audrey wouldn’t be paralyzed, but she would lose ten years of life, which she would probably want to have because she’s got a healthy body. Shaun didn’t listen, and Audrey would get the ten years. But in this situation (with her paralysis and stuff), does she want those ten years? It’s such a difficult question with no right answer.

Oh boy...I have a feeling this whole thing with Shaun and Lim is gonna escalate to something bad...

My late uncle was stabbed twice in the abdomen (when he was younger). I’ve been told the story so much & remember fragments of it myself. The doctor t old my gram that the angle of the knife penetrating him would also play a part on whether or not he would never walk or even die (he flatlined twice). His stab wounds were one upward & the other almost straight back. It was merely millimeters that he didn’t end up w/some sort of paralysis or dead.
As for Lim: we saw her grieve & her anger. Let’s move on and see her thrive w/her new life. Let’s see her find new thrills (tons of stuff she could do from a chair). She’s still a bad ass. Let’s showcase that. If need be have her have a dream of Melendez telling her to move on & embrace the new her.
I know a young girl who lost her ability to walk & she is thriving a yr later. She still faces challenges but she doesn’t let them hold her back.

Everybody talking about Shaun! I still can’t get over how they broke up Park and Morgan 🤨. It’s been back and forth since they got together, like why bother put them together and let me love them if this was the endgame

The show is acting like Shaun was the one who stabbed her

Why can't we look past this Shaun made a hard decision but Dr. Lim is alive.

So far everyone is kinda hating on the idea of lim hating shaun, but it makes sense and feels real, people hold onto things. Knowing your life could of been different would really mess with your head after the whole thing.
Shaun didn't do anything wrong but doesn't stop people from feeling like he did wrong.

In the last episode, I felt like Dr. Park has chemistry with the new lady dr. Dr. Powell

While Shaun may have exercised some poor judgment, ultimately his intent was to save Lim's life. Lim is obviously upset (and rightfully so), but she should not place the blame towards Shaun. After all, it was Owen who stabbed her in the first place.

As usual Shaun gets the blame for doing the right thing 🙄 completely ridiculous
