The symbolism involved with the Old Testament Passover feast extends to the body of Christ.
Matthew 26:26-28 KJVS
[26] And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed it, and brake it, and gave it to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body. [27] And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it; [28] For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
In the gospel of John our Lord had this to say regarding himself being the lamb who takes away the sins of the world.
John 6:53-56 KJVS
[53] Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. [54] Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. [55] For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. [56] He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.
Passover is observed every time a church serves communion. And rather than cleaning the house and only eating unleavened bread for the proscribed period of time. The type and shadow of the Old Testament feast of Passover extends to the New Testament fulfillment of that feast where the house of God, He 3:6, is the body of Christ.
1 Corinthians 5:6-8 KJVS
[6] Your glorying is not good. Know ye not that a little leaven leaveneth the whole lump? [7] Purge out therefore the old leaven, that ye may be a new lump, as ye are unleavened. For even Christ our passover is sacrificed for us: [8] Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.
Modern theology fails to understand how deeply connected the body of Christ is to the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. So much so that there is consequences involved with not loving and respecting other members of the body of Christ. Whatsoever you do to the least of his brethren, you do unto him, Matt 25:40. There is blessing and curse involved with how one treats a member of the body of Christ. Especially when one partakes of the body and blood of Christ unworthily.
1 Corinthians 11:26-32 KJVS
[26] For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come. [27] Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. [28] But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. [29] For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body. [30] For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep. [31] For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged. [32] But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world.

Clarification of the 'claimed facts' presented according to the Bible: Fact #2 When is Passover? When Passover begins according to the Bible: Leviticus 23:5 In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is the LORD's passover. | The first month: Exodus 13:4 This day came ye out in the month Abib. | "The annual Jewish lunar calendar began in March, as did the Roman calendar ("Beware the Ides of March")." (Source: byu.edu) | The 'new moon' identifies the beginning of the month: Please read I Samuel 20:24-27 for proof | What's a 'new moon'? "a phase (= regular change in shape) of the moon in which none of its surface can be seen from the earth" (Source: Cambridge Dictionary) | Fact #6 What foods cannot be eaten? Food that's restricted during Passover: Exodus 12:15 Seven days shall ye eat unleavened bread; even the first day ye shall put away leaven out of your houses: for whosoever eateth leavened bread from the first day until the seventh day, that soul shall be cut off from Israel. | Leaven: An agent, such as yeast, that causes batter or dough to rise, especially by fermentation. (Source: American Heritage Dictionary) | A side note: Jesus Christ celebrated Passover, not Easter. Easter is a pagan Holiday - hot cross buns, chocolate Easter bunnies, etc. are all pagan symbology. | *Acts ***17:30*
