I thank God for a movie like this because I was a prostitute and God delivered me ...he had somebody to love on me beyond all my sins and his name is Jesus and I thank God I am delivered from prostitution 25 years. Thank you Pastor this movie will show how the real love of God is supposed to be toward us sinners because the world can be so judgemental as if they've never committed the sin but God said all have sinned and come short of his glory.

Praise God! I’m watching this right now and I just had to come and say that this is one of the best movies I have seen in a very long time. My daddy was a Pentecostal preacher and I grew up in churches like this. Nobody has the right to ever deny somebody to come to church and get saved no matter what they’ve done.

This was a pretty good movie. You never know what you are going to get from some of the TVOne movies. They seem to be hit-and-miss. This one was a very pleasant surprise, and actually pretty well acted. I stopped going to church often some time ago because of the hypocrisy and judgment that was blatantly showed by many of the so-called Christians in the church. I'm still looking for a church that provides the type of service that the pastor in this movie was working towards. A church that didn't cast judgment and accepted everyone, in spite of their flaws. One that serves the community and provides services for those in need. THAT'S what a church should be for, and that's a church that I wouldn't mind tithing to. The story of Hosea hit particularly hard as I had a had a girlfriend who was an addict. I loved her through numerous rehab attempts. When she relapsed, I kept loving her. When she would disappear for days on drug and alcohol binges, I would search far and wide for her, and I kept loving her. She died a couple of years ago. A few days before she passed, I sat with her and held her while she was under the influence and crying, and I told her that I would love her for the rest of my life. I still do and I always will. I had never heard the story of Hosea before this movie. But that scene where Hosea's story is being summarized struck a never in me and made me remember how much I loved that woman.

I watched this movie... Despite being an atheist, I still both loved and enjoyed the very uplifting message of togetherness and holding each other up through life struggles. This resonates well with my beliefs in secular humanism. Amazing movie!

I saw this movie today for the first time. At First Baptist Church of Glenarden in Upper Marboro, Md. The movie will be at Magic Johnson Movie Theatre on March 22 thru 24th.

This is not the black pretty woman it takes a strong man to forgive what his wife did I don't know if I could do half the things he did or forgave..I had a friend with a similar story his wife cheated on him got pregnant by another man had his baby he forgave her he raise that child like is own it took a long time and counseling but they made it I told him you are better then me..he smiled and told me if marriage was easy it wouldn't be a marriage..
