Pretty damn cool man, I would love to watch some lectures by you on electronics, it would be amazing to actually see and understand what you are doing fully..

In regards to this, I love the fact that you can make your own parts, tryout new things with the printer, it's amusing to see the problem and the solution, which would give us some cool insights for other projects.

perhaps printing 4 arms and having the hole the size of the head of the bolt in the outside arms might provide support for the head end of the bolt. That bolt's new support will leave it cantilevered in your new design.

Thanks for the video. Very informative. Just curious. Can you mix materials with 3d printed plastics like metal to increase the strength. It seams like a thin piece of sheet metal would reduce the stresses on the plastics.

if they keep failing i suggest you try casting them in to aluminium
