Symptoms of an ectopic pregnancy. Each woman will present in different ways. When they are affected with an ectopic pregnancy some women may have few symptoms, some may not have any symptoms, some women present with severe symptoms and most of the time in the early stages of the pregnancy we can miss out an ectopic pregnancy as a normal pregnancy like they can have a must periods and they have similar symptoms as that of a normal pregnancy like sensitive breast, nausea, vomiting but some women may present with some symptoms like abnormal vaginal bleeding, they can have a spotting or scanty flow, lighter bleeding or a heavier bleeding like a normal period and they can have mild abdominal pain in the abdomen or in the pelvis. Sometimes they can have a mild cramps in the lower abdomen usually on one side of an abdomen which indicates the side of an ectopic pregnancy. Sometimes the women may present with tummy upset, they can present with diarrhea or they can have severe pain while opening up their bowels. In case if a woman is having a tubal rupture they can present with severe symptoms like they can have severe unbearable abdominal pain and they can have dizziness, weakness and fainting episodes, they can have shoulder tip pain these are all the symptoms which a woman can present in case of ruptured tubal pregnancy and in that case there can be a severe abdominal bleed which is an emergency and the woman has to reach out to the hospital as early as possible.
