an emt lady had to give him breath hopefully he dont have covid... they said they were able to get a pulse and he woke up opened his eyes...was in the water for some time... and then some other ppl said he drowned.... when i was there i saw then doing chess compression for a good 30 secs then i guess he woke up after that...and it took EMT a good 5 mins to leave right after they place him onto the vehicle???
