APART HOTEL “SPA VITA SPRINGS” is situated on the plain among the most beautiful mountain chains of Bulgaria, and thus offers a unique view on the Pirin, the Rila, the Rodopi. The hotel is 3 km distance from the world-famous resort of Bansko where there are the most modern ski tracks in the Eastern Europe, and 900 m from the village of Banya (in Razlog municipality) with more than 75 sources of healing mineral water. The closeness to these natural sources and to Bansko ski tracks creates various activities all year around.
In summer, the hotel has an advantage of mountainous freshness and pure air. Our guests are offered a lot of excursions and promenades to the attractions of the Pirin, Rila and Rodopi, and can try a number of occupations such as fishing, riding on a horse or ATV driving.
The mineral water in rooms has a temperature of 55 ◦ C. This is naturally pure water with proven healing properties. It prevents chronic inflammatory diseases of musculoskeletal system, and is favorable for postoperative prophylaxis of old injuries such as broken bones, sprains, callosities, rheumatism, sciatica, lumbago, disc disease, spinal fractures and infections, chronic gynecological diseases, inflammatory diseases of the nervous system, kidney stones, liver, stomach, skin and urological diseases - acne, psoriasis, inflammation of respiratory tracts, neurosis. Fluor contained in mineral water neutralises radioactive metals and reduces their harmful effects on human organism.
