It's sad that one can't even go to a fast food and place an order, cause they can't speak English and if your Chicano they want to take your order in Spanish. Not only that our teens can't even get a job because immigrants have already filled the spot. Where is the fairness for our children?

What the republicans are forgetting is that we have family members who are able to vote, on my close family is about 40 votes, now multiply that by many millions, so good luck in 2 years to all republicans house and senate runners!! We won’t forget!!

My friend entered the U.S. seven years ago with his wife and 2-year-old daughter. They applied for asylum, but the lawyer advised not to include the husband in the application. The case has been pending since then, with the wife and daughter regularly receiving their EADs. They’ve also had two more children during this time. Now, the husband wants to be added to the asylum application as a beneficiary. If he joins the application after seven years, will he be eligible for an EAD?

If someone has past the year to file for asylum, could they still have a chance to get asylum. What happens is they moved from Texas to New York and so they need the case to be transferred from TX to NY, would they be given a chance with a situation like this?
