This is basically one of those 999 in 1 Brick Game things in a fake PS2 case.
I remember spending hours and hours of time playing with these little machines back in the 90s (the more usual handheld version of them, of course). I still have a couple of them in my storage bin.

I had this when I was a kid but it was a handheld from Walmart. It played the little tune (What Do You Do With A Drunken Sailor) at normal speed, whatever you have speeds it up.
