Pure CSS Circular Progress Bar | How To Create Circular Skills Bar Using HTML & CSS

In this video we are going to create circular progress bar cards which shows our skills and experience, using html and pure css, with the help of css conic- gradient.
we will animate css conic gradient to create the curcular progress bar.
I have used javascript for the counter animation inside the progress circles.
i have tried my best to make the code simple and understandable.
